Welcome to the 10X Business Smart Agency® Affiliate Program! By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This policy ensures a fair, transparent, and profitable partnership for all affiliates.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Affiliates must have a valid PayPal or bank account for commission payouts.
• 10X Business Smart Agency® reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Enrollment

• Affiliate enrollment is free.
• Affiliates must complete the application process and agree to this policy.
• Once approved, affiliates will receive a unique tracking link to promote 10X Business Smart Agency® products.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a percentage of each sale generated through their unique link.
• Commission rates and applicable products will be specified in your affiliate dashboard.
• Commissions are calculated on net sales, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid weekly, every Friday.
• Minimum payout threshold is $50.
• Payments are made via PayPal or direct bank transfer (as specified in your account).
• 10X Business Smart Agency® reserves the right to delay payment in case of suspected fraudulent activity or refund disputes.

5. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote 10X Business Smart Agency® products using ethical and legal marketing methods:

• Permitted: websites, blogs, social media, email marketing (with proper opt-in), webinars, and review videos.
• Not Permitted: spam, unsolicited emails, misleading claims, fake reviews, trademark misuse, or any illegal activity.
• Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required by law.

6. Use of 10X Business Smart Agency® Trademarks & Materials

• Affiliates may use official logos, banners, and promotional materials provided by the agency.
• Unauthorized alteration of logos or branding is strictly prohibited.
• All marketing must be professional, accurate, and aligned with the 10X Business Smart Agency® brand image.

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

• Commissions are reversed for refunded or canceled sales.
• Affiliates will not receive commissions on fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or refunded purchases.

8. Termination

• Affiliates may terminate participation at any time.
• 10X Business Smart Agency® reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for:
• Violating this policy
• Engaging in illegal or unethical marketing
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Upon termination, unpaid commissions will be forfeited if violations are confirmed.

9. Policy Updates

• 10X Business Smart Agency® may update this Affiliate Policy at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of major updates via email or their dashboard.
• Continued participation after updates constitutes agreement with the revised terms.
